Netflix and Marvel have released the first trailer for Season 2 of Marvel's Jessica Jones and revealed that the show will return on 8th March 2018.

Whilst the trailer doesn't show David Tennant he is confirmed to return as Jessica's tormentor, Kilgrave. Despite meeting a grisly end at Jessica's hands in the finale of the first season Kilgrave will be back in Jessica's life.
The details of David's and Kilgrave's return are being kept top secret with no info on his return plot being leaked. However many fan theories have surfaced online since David was spotted back on set in New York back in summer. Many believe Kilgrave will be a figment of Jessica's conscience, mentally torturing her from beyond the grave, whilst others have pointed out that Kilgrave has the power to return from the dead in the original Jessica Jones comic books. Vote For David Tennant and Broadchurch in The Radio Times Reader's Awards

David Tennant has been shortlisted for the Best Actor award in the RadioTimes.com Reader Awards 2017. He is nominated for his portrayal of Alec Hardy in Broadchurch. Olivia Colman and Julie Hesmondhalgh are up for Best Actress for their roles in the series as Ellie Miller and Trish Winterman respectively.

Broadchurch itself has also been nominated in the Best Drama category where it's up against the likes of Poldark, Victoria and Line Of Duty.

The third and final series of Broadchurch, which aired on ITV earlier this year, saw detective duo Detective Sergeant Ellie Miller (Olivia Colman) and Detective Inspector Alec Hardy (David Tennant) investigate a serious sexual assault that shocked the tight-knitted seaside town to its core.

A trailer for The Highway Rat is now being shown across the BBC to advertise the Christmas Day premiere.

David Tennant gives voice to the ravenous rodent in a 30-minute adaptation of the enchanting picture book by Julia Donaldson and Alex Scheffler.

The Highway Rat also features the voices of Rob Brydon, Nina Sosanya, Tom Hollander and Frances de la Tour and is produced by Magic Light Pictures, the team behind other Donaldson and Scheffler adaptations The Gruffalo, Stick Man and Room On The Broom. First published in 2011, The Highway Rat is about a ravenous rat who craves buns, biscuits and all sweet things. Tearing along the highway, he searches for sugary treats to steal, until his sweet tooth leads him to a sticky end. The whole family will enjoy this swashbuckling tale of bandits and biscuits!

USA & CANADA: DuckTales Woo-oo! Released On DVD Today

The first episode of Disney XD's DuckTales is released on DVD in the USA and Canada today.
The 45 minute episode Woo-oo! launched the reboot of the classic 80s Disney cartoon, introducing the adventuring Duck family to a whole new generation.

David Tennant stars as Scrooge McDuck, with Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan as his three great-nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie. Joining them are Kate Micucci as Webby Vanderquack, Toks Olagundoye as Mrs Beakley, Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack, Tony Anselmo as Donald Duck and Keith Ferguson as Flintheart Glomgold.

FERDINAND: Two Golden Globe Nominations For New David Tennant Animated Feature

Ferdinand, the brand new animated movie featuring the voice of David Tennant has been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards. 20th Century Fox announced that the feelgood feature was shortlisted for Best Animated Motion Picture and Best Original Song (the Nick Jonas track Home).

Ferdinand is a 3D animated retelling, from Blue Sky Studios and 20th Century Fox Animation, of the children's 1936 storybook The Story Of Ferdinand. It tells of a gentle bull calf who flees from a Spanish bull training camp when he discovers the horror of the bullring and is adopted by a young girl on her family's farm. But his idyllic life comes crashing down when he is captures and returned to the ranch where the plan is for him to face up to El Primero, Spain's greatest matador. Ferdinand is voiced by John Cena, while David Tennant provides the voice of Highland bull Angus.
