His female counter part was Guinevere from Merlin played by Angel Coulby.

We’re certain he’d be flirting with Camelot’s queen, and her dalliance with Lancelot proves she has the wandering eye. On the other hand, we also know that in a previous incarnation the Doctor was Merlin, in which case, this becomes one of the weirdest bizarre love triangles in history.
