Spies Of Warsaw A TV Highlight For The Guardian

David Tennant's new drama, Spies Of Warsaw, has been selected as a TV highlight for tomorrow (9th January 2013) by The Guardian.
Jonathan Wright says:
Leaving his Time Lord persona behind, David Tennant plays Colonel Jean-François Mercier, a French military attaché stationed in Poland in 1937. With Hitler planning to deploy tanks in the region in the near future these are dangerous times, which makes it just as well Mercier is really a spy and decorated soldier. As scripted by the ever-admirable Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais from Alan Furst's novel, this is a claustrophobic, slow-burning espionage tale. Janet Montgomery stars as Anna Skarbek, a Parisian lawyer strongly drawn to Mercier.
