Broadchurch Comes To Australian TV

Broadchurch will be coming to Australian TV in the very near future.

Unfortunately the information that is available is quite vague at the moment  There is no word on which broadcaster will be carrying the drama or when it will be shown. The only thing that is certain is that it won't be on UKTV. In response to a fan enquiry the channel replied:

@UKTVaustralia: 'Broadchurch' has been acquired by another broadcaster in Australia.

Broadchurch is an eight-part crime drama created by Doctor Who and Torchwood writer Chris Chibnall that explores the consequences of the murder of a child in a close-knit seaside community. With an all-sar ensemble cast that included David Tennant, Olivia Colman, Arthur Darvill, Andrew Buchan  and Jodie Whittaker, the series had millions of UK viewers trying to guess the identity of the killer when it was shown on ITV this spring. Broadchurch is being tipped for multiple awards nominations and a second series was recently confirmed.
