David Tennant has been voted the most popular actor to play the part of the Doctor in Doctor Who in a recent poll carried out by News Corp on behalf of Australian site Adelaide Now.
Almost 50% of readers of the news site opted to place their vote with David's portrayal as the Tenth incarnation of the Time Lord.
Tom Baker's Fourth Doctor was the second most popular, with current Doctor Matt Smith coming in third place.
