David Tennant and Broadchurch Nominated At The National Television Awards



The first round of voting for the 2014 National Television Awards is now open.

The NTAs are decided by TV audiences, so it really is down to you to decide who wins. Now in their 19th year, they are Britain’s leading TV Awards and a champion of ‘viewer power’. Last year nearly 5 million votes were cast and this year promises to be even bigger!

The first round of voting is open until the 11th October. In early January a shortlist of four from each category will be announced and the final vote will take place.

The results will be revealed live on ITV at the NTAs on 22nd January from The 02 London, and the event is always spectacular.

You can vote for David Tennant and related shows in the following categories:

Drama
Broadchurch is nominated in a tough Drama category, against Doctor Who, Jonathan Creek, Last Tango In Halifax, The Fall, Luther and several more much acclaimed series.

TV Detectives
David Tennant features in the TV Detectives category for his performance as DI Alec Hardy with 25 other big names that include his Broadchurch co-star Olivia Colman and Sherlock’s Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman.

Documentary
Penguins: Spy In The Huddle, created by John Downer Productions and narrated by David, is listed in the Documentary category.
