Possible January Start Date For Broadchurch 2

Broadchurch 2 could reach UK TV screens as early as January of next year.

The owner of Munchees Cafe in Butter Market, Reading where David Tennant and Olivia Colman filmed a scene this week says he was told that the episode, called Tea And Sympathy, would been seen on ITV in January 2015. The date is unconfirmed by the producers of the show.

Dawa Lama, owner of the former Wimpy Bar-turned-cafe, said that Munchees was chosen because of its traditional look. He was not able to reveal too many details but said that David Tennant and Olivia Colman filmed a dramatic scene where they argued, and that it took four hours to film the five minute sequence.
