Avalanche Studios, the developers of open world action adventure game Just Cause 3 have confirmed that David Tennant is among the voice cast. The game is set in the motherland of Just Cause series protagonist Rico Rodriguez whose mission is to stop brutal dictator General Di Ravello and thwart his plans for world domination.
David voices a propaganda minister supporting the regime of Di Ravello on the fictional Mediterranean island of Medici and is heard via in-game radios. Game director Roland Lesterlin said of David during the PAX Aus 2015 live demonstration, "He's awesome. The guy's hilarious!"
Fans of the Just Cause series will be excited to hear about a number of new developments for the third instalment. The most anticipated new feature is probably the new wing suit, while the familiar tools, the grappling hook and parachute, are given more and improved properties. The game also adds new weapons and an exciting range of vehicles that can be customised and called up at any time.
Just Cause 3 will be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC on 1st December.
