Handsome Devil! David Tennant's Tenth Doctor Features In Smiths Tribute Comic Cover

No, it’s not a miserable lie. A sneak peek at Issue #2.6 of Titan Comics’ Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor reveals none other than This Charming Man himself in a special Smiths-themed cover variant exclusive to AOD Collectibles.

Yes, you’ve got everything now! David Tennant’s Doctor takes on a Morrissey-inspired pose in a comic book tribute to the classic photo session by indie faves The Smiths outside the iconic Salford Lads’ Club. One of the shots featured on the inner sleeve of their 1986 album The Queen Is Dead.

But an exclusive store-only cover? “I want the one that I can’t have,” we hear you cry. But don’t panic. The variant cover isn’t just for the Rusholme ruffians. Just head on over to the AOD Collectibles page and ask them “Please, please, please, let me get what I want,” in time for the issue’s release on February 3rd.
