The National Television Awards Winners Announced Tonight



The winners of this year's National Television Awards will be announced at a star studded ceremony at London's O2 Arena which will be televised on ITV from 7.30pm until 10.00pm tonight.

David Tennant has been nominated for Best Drama Performance for his role as DI Alec Hardy in the ITV drama series Broadchurch. He is facing tough competition in the category which will see him face off with Aidan Turner for Poldark, Sheridan Smith for Black Work and Suranne Jones for Doctor Foster.

The second series of Broadchurch is also up for the Best Drama gong where it will do battle with Casualty, Doctor Who and Downton Abbey.

You still have until 12 noon today to cast your vote for David and Broadchurch.
