Check out a new series promo video ahead of the launch of Disney's All-New DuckTales next month. David Tennant takes on the iconic role of billionaire adventurer Scrooge McDuck as the classic animated series returns to thrill and delight a new generation.

DuckTales launches at midnight on Saturday 12th August on Disney XD in the USA, with the first one hour special, titled Woo-hoo! which premieres on a loop for 24 consecutive hours.
The series launch proper follows on Saturday 23rd September, the 30th anniversary of the original Emmy Award-winning series, with two new episodes airing at 7.00am, 11.00am, 2.00pm, 5.00pm, 8.00pm and 10.30pm EDT/PDT. New episodes will also be available on the Disney XD app and Disney XD VOD on these same dates.
Alongside David, other regular DuckTales cast includes Danny Pudi as
Huey, Ben Schwartz as Dewey, Bobby Moynihan as Louie, Kate Micucci as Webby
Vanderquack, Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack, Toks Olagundoye as Mrs.
Beakley, and Tony Anselmo as Donald Duck.
David and fellow cast members will also be heading to San Diego Comic Con next month as part of
Disney XD's DuckTales panel. The panel is scheduled to take place Friday 21 July, at 3:30 p.m. in Room 6A at
