Filmmaker and comedian Olan Rogers will be showcasing his hotly anticipated series Final Space at the New York Comedy Festival later today. The event is part of the line up of the first ever TBS Comedy Hub where attendees will have access to exclusive TBS-curated programming.

Final Space is an animated sci-fi comedy created by independent filmmaker, actor, comedian entrepreneur and YouTube sensation Olan Rogers. The space soap opera follows the adventures of an astronaut called Gary Space and his sidekick, a planet-destroying alien called Mooncake, both voiced by Rogers. David Tennant co-stars as the pair's nemesis, the evil Lord Commander, who has his sights set on Mooncake's awesome power. Other cast includes Fred Armisen, Tom Kenny, Tika Sumpter, Steven Yeun, Ron Perlman, Gina Torres and Coty Galloway.

The 14th annual New York Comedy Festival opened on November 7th and runs until Sunday 12th. The TBS Comedy Hub is open from 3pm-11pm daily at PUBLIC Hotel, located at 215 Chrystie Street and includes panels and previews, showcasing the best of TBS.

Olan Rogers has his own panel today from 5pm-6pm. Final Space Presents: Story Time with Olan Rogers will introduce Final Space, screening a portion of an episode followed by one of Rogers' signature story time stand-up performances.

Final Space is due to premiere on TBS in the USA in early 2018.

For those unable to attend the event there will also be TBS exclusive content available via the TBS digital app and social platforms.
